THOMAS MOSBACHER

BIOGRAPHY

Mr Thomas Mosbacher, born in 1966, studied economics at the University of Essen, Germany, and passed the tax advisor exam in 1996.

From 1992 to 1996, he worked at an auditing firm in Duisburg. He then moved to Bochum to take a management position at an auditing and tax consultant firm.

In 1999, he joined Trox SE as the Head of Accounting.

From 2002 to 2009, Mr Mosbacher worked as a freelance tax consultant, among others for the TROX GROUP.

In February 2009, he took over as the Finance Division Manager at Trox SE. Since 27 April 2015, Mr Mosbacher has been a member of the Board of Management of Trox SE and is responsible for Finances, Human Resources/Legal Affairs, Internal Auditing/Compliance, Information Technology and Electronic Business.
