В системах вентиляции шум исходит от самых разнообразных компонентов, например, вентиляторов и противопожарных клапанов. Для соблюдения требований к уровню шума в соответствующих местах системы вентиляции устанавливаются шумоглушители. Эти устройства должны иметь надлежащие звукоизоляционные характеристики, низкое аэродинамическое сопротивление и минимальные размеры.
После вступления в силу стандарта VDI 6022 впервые были установлены конкретные санитарно-гигенические требования к системам вентиляции и кондиционирования воздуха. Шумопоглощающие пластины и пластинчатые шумоглушители компании TROX сертифицированы для применения в системах кондиционирования воздуха в соответствии со стандартами VDI 6022 Часть 1 и 3, DIN 1946 Часть 4 и VDI 3802.
